1. Operator and scope

This website uses the public brand AP Immigration Services Inc. and is operated by Amoateng Patrick Immigration Services Inc. These terms apply to the public website, its calculators, Ella AI assistant and appointment booking. Professional services are governed by a separate signed retainer agreement.

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use its interactive services.

2. Age and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ella. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you have no right to share, misuse the booking calendar, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, disrupt the website, bypass safeguards or use Ella for unlawful purposes. Do not submit identity documents, passwords, payment-card details or sensitive client files through Ella.

3. Information, calculators and Ella

Website information, calculator results and Citizenship Challenge scores are general guidance, not a legal opinion, eligibility determination or application decision. Rules, scoring tables, program availability and deadlines may change; archived estimates are identified where applicable. Verify current official IRCC, IRB and provincial guidance before acting.

The Citizenship Challenge is a practice game, not the official IRCC citizenship test; its practice target differs from the official pass mark and a score does not show eligibility or test readiness. See the Disclaimer.

Ella is an AI assistant, not a licensed representative. Her replies may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Do not rely on a reply for a deadline, filing, appeal or other consequential decision; obtain advice from a qualified representative.

Using the website, messaging Ella, contacting the practice or attending a consultation does not by itself establish a client relationship. A client relationship requires a signed retainer agreement. Patrick Amoateng is an RCIC-IRB, CICC licence R1053819; verify his standing on the CICC register.

4. Consultation booking and payment

The consultation is 45 minutes and costs CAD $100 including GST/HST. Booking is handled through Google Calendar’s appointment schedule. Follow the calendar’s confirmation and payment instructions; website display alone is not a booking confirmation. The appointment fee covers the consultation, not an immigration application, government fee or ongoing representation.

The appointment fee is refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the cancellation method and details.

5. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy and Cookies & Browser Storage Notice describe website data handling. Ella sends messages to AI service providers and saves a browser-local conversation for up to seven days. Google Calendar and external email, messaging, payment and social services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their involvement does not make them part of this practice or its professional regulatory body.

6. Website content and availability

You may view and use website information for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misrepresent our content, branding or another rights holder’s material as your own, or reproduce protected material beyond what applicable law permits without permission. Third-party logos and official references remain the property of their owners.

We may update, suspend or restrict website services for maintenance, safety or misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs or any immigration outcome.

7. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the practice is not responsible for losses resulting from treating general website information, calculator estimates, practice-game scores or AI replies as individualized advice, or for failures of independent third-party services. This does not exclude obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, professional duties under an applicable retainer, or statutory consumer and privacy rights.

8. Governing law and concerns

These terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Nothing here requires you to waive a legally available court, regulatory complaint or remedy. Please raise website or booking concerns with admin@apimmlawinc.ca first so we can try to resolve them.

9. Changes

We will post updated terms on this page with their effective date. Review them before using the interactive services or making a new booking. A website update does not change an existing signed retainer or remove rights arising from an earlier transaction.
