Cookies & Browser Storage

• Theme preference (ap-theme): local storage remembers your light/dark choice until you change it or clear site data.
• Ella history (ella-chat-v1): local storage holds one conversation with a seven-day expiry from its first message. The site removes it when active or next opened after expiry. You can delete it sooner using Ella’s delete control.
• Ella confirmation: your adult/privacy confirmation is held in memory during the page session, not a permanent age-verification record.

Local storage differs from a cookie: it is held in your browser and is not automatically attached to every web request. When you send a new Ella message, relevant conversation history is explicitly sent for AI processing.

The embedded Google Calendar appointment page may use Google cookies or browser storage under Google’s own policies. It connects to Google when the booking page loads. Google Fonts also receives requests to display the site’s fonts. External WhatsApp, social and email services have their own practices when opened.

Hosting and diagnostic services may use technical identifiers. This notice does not assert that third-party tracking is absent or that every provider cookie has been inventoried. No first-party advertising or analytics campaign is configured in the current website source.

You can decline Ella’s confirmation and browse without chatting. Use “Delete Ella conversation” for local chat history, or your browser’s site-data controls to remove stored preferences and messages. Browser settings may block third-party cookies and storage; doing so can affect calendar booking or saved preferences. Removing local data does not delete appointment records or records held by AI, hosting or other providers.

If you prefer not to load the embedded calendar, contact the practice by phone or email from the Contact page. Opening Google’s standalone booking page still connects to Google.
